How to make a Best Price Guarantee claim

Firstly, check that the price you have seen on a competitors website meets the terms and conditions of our Best Price Guarantee.  In brief:

• Is it on a website owned and operated by a UK business within the UK mainland?
  
• Is the price visable to all customers?
• Does the price shown apply to an item available in stock?

Having read the full terms and conditions of our Best Price Guarantee and decided it is applicable to your purchase, please click here to contact us and provide us with the following information in full:

• Your name and email address.
• Your four digit online order number if you have already made your purchase from us.
• The item(s), you would like us to price match. Please include the brand name, reference number, model title and scale.
• The price of the item you would like us to match.
• The shipping service and price for the item you would like us to match.
• The full URL (website link) of the item.

What happens next?

We aim to respond to all Best Price Guarantee claims within 24 hours of receipt Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Please bear in mind that claims received over a weekend will not be responded to until the following Monday.

Claims which meet the terms and conditions of our Best Price Guarantee will be authorised by the issuing of an online code for the amount of the reduction which will be valid for 2 days from the date of issue. Please note, we are unable to reserve models or guarantee their availability either whilst a claim is being made or once a ‘code’ has been issued.

Should you already have made your purchase, the reduction will be applied immediately to your original method of payment.


Terms & Conditions

• The Best Price Guarantee may be used by all customers whose billing and shipping addresses are within the United Kingdom.  It may not be used where either the billing or shipping address is outside of the United Kingdom.
• The Best Price Guarantee may only be used against competitor’s online prices. It may not be used to match prices available in stores or at swap-meets, toy fairs etc.
• The Best Price Guarantee may only be used against competitors own websites that have a shopping facility and the ability to take payment online and which are owned and operated in the United Kingdom (excl. Channel Islands) by legitimate businesses. It may not be used to match prices on non-United Kingdom mainland owned and/or operated websites, nor on shopping and auction sites such as Amazon and eBay.
• The item(s) to which the Best Price Guarantee is being applied must be in stock in our webstore and our price being £5.00 or over.
• The competitors item(s) to which the Best Price Guarantee is being applied must be new, identical, in stock and available for immediate despatch.
• The competitors item(s) to which the Best Price Guarantee is being applied must be visible to all customers viewing it on the competitors’ website. The price being matched must be their usual selling price. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitors’ special offers, sale items, clearance lines, promotions or where a discount code is required in order to obtain a price reduction.
• The Best Price Guarantee applies to the total order value including shipping charges where appropriate.  If the competitor doesn't specify a shipping service or delivery time, we shall calculate the price match based on us using our cheapest available shipping option.
• The Best Price Guarantee may not be used in conjunction with any other Discount Model Centre promotion or discount.
• The Best Price Guarantee may only be applied once per transaction.
• We cannot guarantee the availability of, nor reserve items upon which a price match has been requested or authorised.
• Best Price Guarantee reductions will be made available for two days from the time of authorisation and are subject to the price matched item(s) being available from stock.
• We retain the right to decline any Best Price Guarantee request.
