• A signature will be required on delivery for 'Recorded', 'Special Delivery' and 'Signed For' parcels which may exclude delivery to certain PO Boxes.
• Undelivered/uncollected parcels will be returned to Discount Model Centre, but this may take several weeks from the despatch date.  A charge will be made should you request redelivery.

Customs

Orders for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the final destination country.  Any such charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Additionally, when purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  As Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for further information.

A sales receipt will be included with all parcels and for those being delivered outside of the EU, a true description of the contents of the parcel will be listed on the Customs form, for example, Scale Model GBP 24.99.  Under no circumstances will we falsify any documentation.
